I purchased and eSim and was going thru the installation and at the end I received a message that the installation failed. Seems my wifi network was not set on.
On the App I had selected a new phone number, set the Default Line to primary, set iMessage/Facetime to personal , set Cell Data to personal, then lastly Update contacts to update later. The app then stopped with the error message no network available.
I have since deleted the App and reinstalled the App.
I deleted the eSIM (so need a new eSim)
I then rebooted the phone. Opened the app and sign in. I get the 6 digit confirmation code via email. It then asks for another 6 digit code to be sent by SMS to the new phone number, however I do not receive this code... the new phone number is not working.

Yes I clicked on Resend Code numerous times until it sends me back to the login page.
I don't see how to request the 2FA code sent by email.

Did you try clicking on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code?
Have the 2FA code sent by email.
If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent.
