The 3rd one reflects her issue. If the message is “PIN unlock key (PUK)” or "Enter PUK Your SIM Card, SIM cannot be accessed" or on an iPhone's status bar showing "Locked SIM"
I have submitted a ticket for this few hours ago but not response yet. I'll give it another few hours more for it to be reponsded

HI @ctorbiso
did she try the sim card in another phone? if the sim didn't ask for PUK on another phone, then it is the carrier unlock code she needs for her original phone. Only the carrier where she got it can provide her the code
but if it is a sim card puk she needs (she will see the same PUK message when she test the sim card in another phone) , then PM support can help, you can submit ticket by direct message:

what was the exact error message? Depends on the message, you have to ask the PUK code from different places.
If the message is "SIM network unlock PIN" or "SIM ME lock code NP" or "SIM not Supported" or on an iPhone's About->Carrier Lock showing "SIM locked"
You have to ask the carrier where you got the phone from for the carrier help unlocking it.
(Sorry, for this particular issue, PM support would not be able to help)
