Can I change from physcial sim to esim in order to activate service today? I accidentally selected physical sim when signing up for service. Stores in my area are closd for the day.

@CS_Agent Support still hasn't replied to my message about this issue. I was hoping to activate today and have services up and running for the 2 accounts.

hi @JP201020101 yes you can. But you need support to help with that as you like cannot login the app at this point

Hello,
I've followed your directions and it brought me to the plan checkout page. My credit card was already billed for the plan and physical sim, but I want to change it to esim without being billed for the plan at $ 35 again lol
