Can't get eSim because cant download Public Mobile App

Hi,

I can't download the Public Mobile App to get my eSim because my Apple ID's region is set to Taiwan. However changing region is not an option. Can I get the eSim through here?

Hi,

Use the following link and provide the agent basic information such as account #, email, name, etc. They’ll send a QR code. Make sure you’re logged in to your account, and monitor the mailbox icon on the top right.While you’re at it, clarify with them that if having the Taiwan region could cause any issues.
