@CS_AgentCan I change from physcial sim to esim in order to activate service today? I accidentally selected physical sim when signing up for service. Stores in my area are closd for the day.

Hello, I've followed your directions and it brought me to the plan checkout page. My credit card was already billed for the plan and physical sim, but I want to change it to esim without being billed for the plan at $ 35 again lol
