Hi there,
I subscribed to Public Mobile on Jan. 9, 2025 and I switched back to my previous provider on Jan.25, 2025, hence I should get a refund for the initial charges charged on my CC as I did not use the full month. I should get a pro-rate refund amount back to my CC.
Please confirm when I can get it. Thanks.

Yea, it's in the fine print. Prepaid service with no extra fees or charges, long term contracts, leave anytime... without refunds.
You can ask them and see what they say.

That was not clarified during the subscription and I didn’t know that Public is a prepaid.

Unfortunately, Public Mobile is a prepaid service provider, hense they do not offer refunds or credits. If you leave you sacrifice any amounts remaining.
