In Canada, I am on a 5G network, In the USA would it be a 5G network or it switch to a LTE network?

USA supports both 5G and LTE depending upon the mobile provider you’re connected to during your travels

@Tbird It could be either depending on carrier and area. Some have said that 5G doesn't always work on AT&T so if that happens you may want to drop the phone to LTE and try that. Other carriers available there are T-Mobile and Verizon. For voice calls the important thing is that your phone is "certified" for VoLTE with Public Mobile, but even if not then data and texting should still work.

both 5G and LTE. But people find it easier to connect to LTE as it has better coverage
Remember you can connect to T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon. Try manually connect to them if Automatic does not work
