Unable to retrieve usage history

Does anyone find that the history of data usage is unfindable on their account? When I request 90 days of data usage history on my account it only provides me with 3. It would be very nice if public mobile would send an email statement or provide a clear history of the data used. I had to pay for more data last month when I should have still had 2 g available. I was reassured by an agent on their end that I had indeed used the data but my account was not showing that I had. I have no way of verifying through my account and this is just feeling very tedious and kind of sketchy to be honest.

It's definitely a pain to add up the 2 daily data usage points to get your 30 day totals. Have you already recorded your " monthly" data usage for the past 90 days from your phone's data usage settings? Does it not line up with the same approximate usage as your self serve account?

I've had some peculiar anomalies with my data usage affecting my non-expiring data add ons that the tech team is investigating. Download your usage as often as possible and take regular screenshots of your account's add on so that you can prove to an agent if it turns out that your data usage really doesn't add up or a data add on just disappears.

Sometimes it's as simple as your plan data counter doesn't reset at renewal or much more complicated like my data issues. It's only my meticulous records that have enabled me to get my data add ons replaced. Agents will always insist that you have used data. They are not inclined to do the legwork to prove you right.

did you try download on browser with Incognito mode or download using the app?

and please note if you are on the $15 plan, there could be a 100Mb extra due to cache issue.  

fi still unable to download, ask PM. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Yes, but why doesn't it add up the data use. what a pain! It seems to be intentionally opaque. The download link does not work on my laptop so I can't make an excel spreadsheet I could sort/filter.

The usage history filter sometimes is troublesome.  Did you try download them all and use Excel to filter it instead? Or tried both browser with incognito mode and PM app?

Or tell PM the problem and ask them to send you the entire log and let you filter yourself

Yes that is what I did. It wouldn’t work on website but has worked now through the app. I am still finding it incredibly tedious to have to go through the data usage by day manually adding up daily amount of MB usage to determine how many Gs of data was actually used per month for the last two months. A normal bill, for instance from koodo, would be a statement clearly showing the amount of data used in the monthly period with the option of seeing the activity breakdown if one would want to investigate further the details, the information being available for download at any time in the future. Why is public mobile not giving us a record in statement form of our payments, history of usage, and current subscription in an easy to read and access form? The amount of time I have to spend trying to work out simple bugs with public mobile is insane.

Login to your account then to the Subscription tab>Usage Breakdown>View Usage History then filter data and the drop-down menu from 7 to 90 days.
