Hi, I recently left Public Mobile (PM) to switch to another mobile company. I am trying to access my past bills with PM but can't seem to do so. I would like to receive some assistance on how to do so.
Thank you.

If you're simply looking for the cost, you can review your credit card bills. Otherwise, contact PM CS Agent to see if they can assist you with past invoices.

Hello @ygw
Because your account is now closed, you will have to contact a CS Agent to get access to them. They can only go back 1 year from the time you left.
Please use the chatbot to open a ticket: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html?lang=en
If you receive an error message that you are unable to open a ticket, send a private message to a CS_Agent: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 .
A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:

Once you port out, @ygw , there is no access to self-services.
You won't be able to access past bills when your account is terminated.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. 😐
