So are you a new customer? If so did you port your number in and this is where the problem started? If so it could be that the port failed or is stuck. Have you tried your old sim in your phone an see if it's still working?

Friends of mine phoned & went to a couple of mobile phone outlets to enquire regarding the problem. Telus said
they are in the process switching the control with BCE. The problem has been broadcasted by Global TV on Nov.18. I still cannot Make or receive any phone call.
