Cannot get into APP or online - forgot email/password

My son was logged out of his app and cannot remember the email/password to get back in - he needs to pay for service.  Tried using forgot email but when entering phone number it say LOGIN failed.  Please advise how to fix this.

@CTMadd55  If in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart /7-11 / shell gas and use his phone to *611 to resume services right away and worry about log in later . If your still having issues ask support to help you regain access again
