Forgot email for my account

Hi, I forgot the email I was using for this account and can’t login.  So I signed up under a new email and new password but how do I go into my account now?  The account that is linked to my phone number

It is not what I need.  when I go to “forgot email” it sends it to the new email I just added .  I don’t understand because the email is not linked to the phone number.  I need to access my account and being able to see my payment subscription. hi @Lolo2010 you cannot use this new login for the old account, you need to ask support to help to sort out your old account login.

If you forgot the email, click on Forgot Email.
