Hi, I forgot the email I was using for this account and can’t login. So I signed up under a new email and new password but how do I go into my account now? The account that is linked to my phone number

It is not what I need. when I go to “forgot email” it sends it to the new email I just added . I don’t understand because the email is not linked to the phone number. I need to access my account and being able to see my payment subscription. Now I only see the shopping option. I am already paying everything month. How do I access my account.

hi @Lolo2010 you cannot use this new login for the old account, you need to ask support to help to sort out your old account login.
