Extra emails under one account

Hi, 

I didn't know why you allowed me have three email addresses all in one account.  I tried to setup another account so I entered different email address. However , all email addresses showed into my one account.   I can't change or delete these extra emails even though I use only one email to login.  The extra two emails are still in my account 😒 🙄.   I need you to remove them from my account.   Thanks

This will not happen.  You will need be able to use one email for multiple accounts, maybe the cache problem confused you.

I would login using your email with incognito mode and check profile to confirm which phone number currently is linked to that email

That is weird. I have changed the email address on an account several times, but once changed that email address is gone.  I have never seen 3 emails on one account. When you try to login with each email does it take you to the same account?

It is impossible to have 3 accounts using 1 email account but you can have 1 CC in 3 different accounts/email.

What email is showing in your account when you go to the Account tab>Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe)?

There is only room for 1 email address.

@Mapleknight you should be able to manage your email address by going into the Public Mobile app, go to the Account tab and then select Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe). There you can see the email address. If you are still stuck message a support agent...

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
