Do you have a specific question in mind?  

Public mobile actually prefers submitting a ticket for customer service agent help. 

Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website.  Follow prompts to submit a ticket.  It usually take a few hours for response time.

if you want to message someone else, click on the person name in the Community to open the person's profile page and click Send Message
