you need to login toy Account and make a payment manually to resume service
do you see a button Pay and resume now?

you missed the payment last renewal too, how you got it fixed last time? Was that problem on PM Autopay or your credit card ? You can get a voucher and load using *611 for quick renewal

More details would be helpful. Did you have a working credit card on file in your self service account? Is pre=authorized payments turned on? You should be able to load up funds manually equivalent to your plan cost and that should restart your plan. Go to payment section.
If no credit card, you could purchase a payment voucher instore (ie. Shoppers) or online (muskbird.com - service fee applies) and load up either via self service account or by dialing 611 on your phone.

@Harsh22 Yes you can buy payment vouchers from recharge .com for a fee or without extra fee just buy from shoppers drug mart 7-11 or shell gas and load the funds *611 to resume service right away
