my husband cannot get access login in to public Mobile. He wants to pay his bill however the email that he had before is full so he can no longer use the email. He wants to pay his phone bill. His phone number is 647-xxx-xxxx and is currently with Public mobile

hubby can find a Shell gas station, London Drugs or Walmart and buy payment vouchers for Public Mobile...then dial 611 to add them to his account for plan renewal or to purchase add-on.
added...another suggestion...once he's able to access his account, he could add a valid credit / debit card to his account and enable SUBSCRIBED. That way, his plan will autopay at renewal time.

First and foremost, please you remove your phone number from this thread. It's not private.
Get him to create a ticket to get access back to his account.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact them.
