I've been private messaging with an agent but then lost communication with her. Then another agent sent me a private message offering to assist me, but asked me for the "case number" from my communications with the previous agent. He claims the case number is an 8 digit number found in the "upper middle part of the beginning of the message". I do not see such a number in any of the messages I've had with the previous agent. Does anyone know where I would find this number?

if you open them ticket via Chatbot, you might see message with subject line starts with "Ticket ID:12345-678", but if you message them, then you won't get that case number
you can search your sent box and see:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage/tab/outbox
if you don't see a case number, just tell them there is none. But I might sent them screenshot of the last conversation with CS_agent so he can trace
