Chat not wants me to private message support by sending to CS_Agent, but no user by that name is found under the messaging app.

I’m overseas but wanted to grab the boxing week deal, intro email says all I need is an internet connection to sign up, however I cannot log in to My Account or the App as it wants to send a txt code to my new phone number, but without wifi calling I cannot receive it, so I’m locked out and overseas till May. I want to cancel the service, but cannot contact CS_Agents and the Chatbot has me in a loop.
