Hello, I'm an active subscriber with public mobile and I don't have data and am unable to send or receive text messages. It shows LTE on my device, but when I try to navigate to a website, it mentions that I am not connected to the Internet.
I am also unable to receive or send text messages, so I can't log into my Public mobile account with the MFA.
I have tried the following:
- Turning the phone off and back on
- Restarting the phone
- Toggling airplane mode off and on
- Removing and re-inserting the sim card
Please help!

@jasminejoanna Do you see option says “didn’t get code “ tap it and you should be able have code sent to email instead . If not get support to help you gain access
