I just recently signed up on boxing day deal $35 subscription plan w/ 75 GB and 1000 LD . I just seen a new $29 plan w/ 20GB USA/CAD/MEX. Am i able to change this to this $29 plan? I am not able to see this new plan in manage subscription.

Sorry but it is rougher from members to downgrade plans. You can only upgrade from your current plan.
This is why you don’t see it in your account to change.

@Aguistuc1 No sorry we can only. Change to the plans available to us in our accounts despite what we see on the website . Can always create new account with desired plan or port number out and back in on desired plan with new email and sim . Suppose you can try and ask support if they willing to help but it’s unlikely they will
