Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to report an issue I am experiencing with my recently activated phone number (ported from Fido). While I am able to make and receive voice calls, I am unable to activate the Wi-Fi calling feature on my device.
I have already restarted my phone after successfully porting my number and activating my account. My device is fully capable of supporting Wi-Fi calling.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

Thank you for your response. I understand that Public Mobile does not currently offer Wi-Fi calling. I am disappointed to hear this as it is a valuable feature for many users, especially in areas with poor cellular coverage. I hope that Public Mobile will consider implementing Wi-Fi calling in the future.
In the meantime, I appreciate your assistance.

No, not all telecom providers offer WiFi calling. Public Mobile is a tier 3 provider, and along with Lucky Mobile and Chatr, none of them offer WiFi calling. If you need this feature you'll need a tier 1 or tier 2 provider such as Koodo or Telus (Fido is also tier 2).
