Forgot my email. Please help

I forgot my email associated with another phone number. I need to change my credit card info before i lose the number

I tried the forgot email option. But it just sends an email to the address that i have forgotten. I then reset the password via phone number, which i did successfully, but i still need the email to log in and change my credit card info.

 

Please help me

You can call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check the status of your account and you can make a manual payment with your new CC before the 90 days deadline before you lose your number.

Contact a CS_Agent to help you access your account & email to update your CC.

If you need to pay first without waiting for login issue to resolve first, buy voucher from Shoppers or London drugs and then load the voucher via My Account or *611

For login problem, Ask PM to help , Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
