Want to add Mexico to my plan

I'm currently paying $36 for Canada+US calls and 50GB data

I see a promotion Canada+US+Mexico and 50GB data for $35.

I don't care about $1 difference, but I really need Mexico for the upcoming trip.

How do I add Mexico to my plan?

PM is now using a targeted marketing approach and subscribers can only see and choose to change to plans the systems selected them. 

Yes, many on $36 plan cannot see the $35 Can-US-Mex plan.  But you should have access to the $45 Can-US-Mex plan and maybe you can consider that

There is a workaround that involve two changes and hope the $35 Can-US-Mex plan would show up.  But unless your trip is at least one month away, I don't think it make many sense.  So, what you can do is if the $30 plan is available to you , you can use a Change Now option to change it immediately, then you might see the $35 Can-US-Mex plan shows up on your Change Subscription page.   

But with what involved in this trick, I think it makes more sense to change to the $45 Can-US-Mex plan directly if that available to you

@Andy661788  you can only choose from the plans that shows up in your Account when you sign in.   Click on Change  Subscription, and see what populates, If it's not there, that means your account does not qualify.   If its there, if your trip is not for now, then use the Change on Renewal.
