Hi there! I was wondering if anyone else has “hero” mentioned in their plan and, if so, what does it mean? Is it a loyalty program for those that stayed on throughout the subscription changes, and is it better than current offers?

I just realized that my phone is only a 4G, so probably doesn't make sense for me to get a 5G plan.

I was going to post this exact question. I am thinking of changing my plan, but I have this "Hero" label on my subscription, and I am wondering if I will lose some discount or benefit if I switch to a new plan. I got my public mobile account about 6 years ago. Ive never had cause to look at my account for years, so this Hero thing is new to me. But, yeah, I thought maybe it was something about loyalty, because I have been with PM for quite a while. Also, I'd like to move to the Mex/US/Can plan for $29 as I call the US quite a bit (from Canada). But that plan is 5G. I am currently on a 3G plan. I assume that changing to 5G means the phone will be faster? and also have more Electromagnetic charge?... or however it is called. Maybe I need to do more research...

@slusagm Even though they may be the same - I prefer the HERO 🙂

there were some problem with plan description after the system maintenance earlier
did you try login My Account using Incognito mode? maybe you will see the correct description
but anyway, Hero or Non-Hero data should be same 🙂

I have no idea what you mean. Can you share a screenshot that doesn't show any of your personal information?
