If you need to reset or change your account PIN, this process requires direct assistance from a Customer Support Agent. This guide is applicable to customers with an account PIN. Resetting or changing your account PIN cannot be done through *611.
Steps to Reset or Change Your Account PINContact Customer Support
- Submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents to request a PIN reset or change. You can start the process here.
Check for Responses
- Keep an eye on the Public Mobile Community for a response from a Customer Support Agent (CSA), or check your email for notifications indicating a response.
Follow Instructions
- Once contacted by a CSA, follow their instructions to securely reset or change your account PIN.
Account PINs are essential for accessing certain account features, so keep your new PIN secure and confidential.
The ability to reset or change your account PIN is available to customers who have set up an account PIN already.
