I want to buy a replacement SIM. I need a physical SIM because my phone won't work with eSIMs.
I went to Profile and clicked Shop SIM card now. I selected SIM Card ($10) and I copied the address in my profile and put that as the shipping address. When I try and pay, I get the messages:
Invalid address
Your selected address doesn't match the one in your profile. Select this option if you'd also like to update the address in your profile.
Obviously, this is a malfunction in the system because I actually copied and pasted the address in my profile.
Can anyone assist?

hi @Christine_H don't buy from PM online, buy from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klinik store, it's quicker, or buy from Amazon

@Christine_H With Canada post strike I would just go pick one up from Telus Koodo store or order one from Amazon $4.99 there right now be much quicker . Even at best of times SIM cards from public mobile can take as long as 3 weeks to arrive
