I tried to change my home address. Unfortunately, the program gave me an "invalid address" message. Any suggestion on how to change addresses

@Mauli , changing address is painfully difficult. What I have found is the system doesn't really allow customers to manually enter an address. The location service has to vet the entry and confirm validity before allowing the change. The only way I have been able to make an address change is to use the app with location permission enabled. During the address entry, the location service will offer up options in a pick list. Make a selection and apply the change. Good luck.

@Mauli If you live in a new subdivision that’s maybe not registered with google yet might be the problem . Just use the nearest town / street that does except it with proper postal code . Otherwise the address in account don’t really matter unless your ordering a new sim card same with the name in account can be any name you choose .
but if your still unsure you can confirm with support
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

@Mauli there's no real benefit in updating your personal home address as PM does not send/mail us anything. Do you live in a new residential area? Maybe try entering the postal code for your address
