Good day!
I received my SIM card however cannot log into my account as I no longer have access to the email I used initially.
Can I reset my email address?

To edit your post use the down arrow on the right of your post looks like v.

don't post your phone and address here, remove them
The email login to PM is just a user id, you might not be able to get access the email address, but you should still be able to use it to login PM My Account, try it. After you logged in My Account, go to Profile page or Account page and you can use Update EverSafe ID to change the email address yourself
if you really cannot login PM system, then ask PM staff to help. Just message them
