My text, data, and phone service have not worked for over 24 hours. A question:
What email address should I use to contact customer service to make a complaint.

Are you new here, or a longer-time customer?
If new, did you ensure the porting was done correctly? Meaning replying YES to the port authorization text whilst your prior provider SIM card was in your device?
If existing, likely payment did not go through OR network issue.
An issue such as data not working is unrelated to number porting.

Hi @jercatania
First, use this link to check outages in your area.
https://www.telus.com/en/mb/outages
Then, log into your account via the app or online and confirm your account is paid up to date. Did your credit card expire? If your account is paid up, have you tried rebooting the phone? Have you tried resetting your network settings then reboot? If all that fails, below is your next route.
