Hello. I am a new public mobile customer. I have activated my service, and after a long process of configuring my phone, I am basically happy. However, I keep getting emails from public asking me to activate my service, which I have already done. Has anyone else experienced this?

@Mrtomjones Providing all of you services work as intended, (calls/text/data) you should be good to go. Just ensure that your next bill comes out as it should so there aren't any payment lags. If so, I would just block that email address (maybe siphon it to junk) and enjoy your life! Hope this helps
