When I call a number in the 705 area code it only completes very intermittently. Most times it states I’m out of calling minutes and need to purchase more. I’m on a plan that provides unlimited calling in Canada. How can this be rectified?

Short of the phone number being dialed incorrectly, this isn't a device issue. Also, VoLTE vs. 3G network wouldn't be factor here as to hear the error message, the phone would already need to be connected to a working voice network.
