As per the subject, I can't get past the log-in and get a "Step 6:6 subscription not activated message."

I have the app. We're familiar with the app because we have it for our older children. I signed up with a new email and went through the process and as mentioned got the notification "Step 6:6 subscription not activated message."
I have tried signing in from other devices.
I did not get the welcome email with the QR as a means of applying the eSIM to the new phone.
When I sign in on another device it's trying to send a text message to the new number.....which isn't active so I can't receive the text message.

you must download the Public Mobile app to your cell in order to successfully create an account and activate your new plan.
