Ok, what's the error?
It's easy. When you sign into your account, click on My Rewards. It will take you to the Rewards portal.
Click in the catalog and find the add-on you need. It will tell you if you have enough points. Click to confirm.
Or if your not using points, shop add-on and use the registrated card in file to pay for it.
