I made a brand new email address because mine was tied to another Public Mobile account.
I used it to sign into Public Mobile, selected a plan, and ordered a sim card Jan 10. It arrived today, two weeks later. My CC has been charged the $10 sim + $29 plan + tax. I can't remember my email address.
I had to make another email address to start a ticket with PM. They say they can't find me. I have been back and forth with them all day.
If i use a different email to sign up and activate the sim, start a new plan, then i lose the $29+ tax i've been charged.
I can't seem to get anywhere with the CS agent.
Anyone have any advice?

Don't give up yet. But if activation of the account is needed ASAP you can activate with the current sim card in hand and continue to hound Public Mobile and/or search for the email.
BTW....if you are porting in your wife's phone # activate with a temporary number then port in afterwards once activated and able to login to the account. Update the eversafe ID once the port completes.

No dice.
I think we'll have to eat that original payment and sign up again. its tough to do in this economy😂. Thanks for everyone's help

zero. can't remember the email address. It would've been a dummy email because our usual ones are already tied to PM accounts. Wrote down the new address we used to sign up but must've thrown the paper out. Tore the house apart looking for it...
To be fair, its been two weeks since we set it up and ordered the sim. it just arrived today
