Esim problem

Activated esim. But not getting calls or messages. Also not getting otp. Only got mobile data. Please solve the issue.

you need to check if the esim was installed and set as active

try reboot the phone and reset network settings

and check if you can make calls or if data works.  If you can make calls and only not recieve incoming calls and text, it is not an esim problem but a stuck port

hi @Nimy 

you can make calls but just not recieve?  if that is the case, did you requested porting?  If you requested porting, did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?

It could be an incomplete port.  PM porting support team can help.  I have sent you the porting support team number.  Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call

@Nimy have you tried rebooting your phone, this sometimes helps. Also, how long has it been since porting your number? It typically takes 1 to 2 hours to complete and have all services working
