Won't use my proper mailing address

I'm trying to order a new SIM card and it say's my mailing address is invalid?? They most certainly sent the first one here. When I checked my profile there was no address listed? I tried to re enter but keeps saying it is invalid??

Thank you @Handy1  that worked. The first time I tried it it seems I had it upside down and my friend told me they were different> . ( Idiot)  So I swapped to the XR and everything 100%. 

Interesting find. I put the Mexican Telcell SIM in the old iPhone 7 and It connected to Rogers. I made a call to test and Telcell just texted me with the link to top up my pay as you go! So my old phone becomes a cheap pay as you go with a Mexican Phone number, cool.

I looked on Amazon and those are all pay as you go. I submitted a ticket asking for them to fix the address issue.

work just snap off outer edge

Note flat edge corner / fit flush in tray

No lifting or rising /push in all the way

Strange that the iPhone 7 and iPhone XR has a different size SIM. They both should be Nano size SIM. Make sure you match up the 45° cutout one corner to the SIM tray.

Thanks for the heads up. A friend just gave me his old iPhone 10 XR,  my old phone is a 7 so the SIM card is different. I was just in Mexico and got a free SIM card,  1 GB data and unlimited talking for $8.00 From an Oxxo ( 7-eleven)  We are being ripped off in Canada.  I'll go check out the Amazon. TNX

On your account PM only refers to your postal code but contact a CS_Agent to help you with the address issue. Click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent.

I would suggest you not order the SIM for PM as there is a possible Canada Post strike so it will take awhile for you to get your SIM for possible Black Friday deals from PM.

I would suggest you order the SIM from Amazon for $5 or pick one up from your local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

If you try ordering it from Public Mobile it can take up to 3-4 weeks by Canada Post with no tracking number.

@cactusmusic  Be much quicker to buy one from Telus /koodo store or Oder from Amazon is fast shipping and only $4.99 there right now . From public mobile it can take up to 3 weeks to arrive anyways
