How can I not get offered a 19$ or a 23$ plan when I currently pay 24$
Those plans are NOT listed as "new activation only"
Money grab to maintain your plan or a higher, more expensive plan, it sounds like a scam to me and feels like the CRTC and/or consumer protection should get involve

how much data you have on your $24 plan? if you change to $23 for more data, I think it is easier to ask PM to make the change for you than asking for the $19 plan.

@Feardis449 We can only can only change to the plans that are available to us to change to in our accounts public mobile doesn’t like or make it easy for people to downgrade plan price only upgrade plan price . So you should see MEX plan that’s cost more for you to switch to this is the direction public mobile is going spend spend spend more

@Feardis449 it's definitely a sore point for most of us customers. As things change in our lives sometimes we need to find ways to cut back on expenses and it's a real shame that PM has decided to go with this strategy of not allowing customers to freely select any plans based on their current needs. They have made it so that some customers have had no choice but to leave and signup else where.

@Feardis449 PM has definitely mad it harder to downgrade your plan. If you click on the individual plans that you mentioned, it will say for new activations only. Feel free to port out to a company that will give you the plan you want. Then you can always port back in to PM when they have something good. Let your wallet do the talking.
