Add Mexico coverage for $1 offer not showing on my plan

Received an offer to add Mexico coverage to my existing plan for $1 more.  I had to respond by Dec 18 and I did that yesterday.  Went to my account today and don't see the coverage added....please advise.

hi @Pdurocher 

if the end date for the offer is Dec 18, then PM will put in that change on renewal of the new plan for everyone today. So, your new plan should start on your next renewal

if you still don't see it on your plan today, it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

When is your renewal date?  After being accepted, the new plan takes effect at your next renewal time.

@Pdurocher  You replied YES to the text offer ? Did you get charged  the right amount might just be cache issue check account again with new web browser window and use incognito mode / private mode to check or try the app instead . If still wrong ask support to investigate for you
