I renewed my subscription to 75 GB for$35 include USA and Mexico with 1000 long distance international minutes during boxing week sale.
But the plan showing only 50 GB with no 1000 long distance minutes.
Why?

Had the same issue, you just need to go and check on the website, as for some reason the application was still showing the old package (even that the subscription was renewed).
1. Login to the website -> MY Account and it should show the proper update to your package.
2. Try to close mobile application completely and reopen several time during the day , it will be updated and will show the proper package.
3. If all not working then Customer Service, as was suggested.

@Zulfi, could be just a caching issue where it's not refreshing. If you are on the PM app on your phone try logging out and then logging back in, or if it's an android go into the phone's settings, locate apps and then find the Public Mobile app and clear the cache, then go back to the app and logon, or you can try on a web browser, clearing the browser's cache or using a different browser.
