Hi, I found my account seemed to be overcharged. Please help me check it out!

Is it possible the difference is because PM now gives Reward Points instead of taking dollars directly off the bill? (Since May.)

First, contact your bank or credit card company to confirm they are double payments and not pending payments. If they are overcharges, here's how to contact a CS Agent
