Hello,
I have activated a new PM SIM and attempted to transfer over my old Koodo number but encountered an error message instructing me to contact PM for support.
Can you assist to transfer my old number to Public Mobile and replace the current phone number?

Hi,
To contact a staff member, there are two methods.
You can use the chatbot and type "agent" to submit a ticket.

Alternatively, you can message an agent using the following link:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
If you choose the alternate method, make sure to stay logged in to your community account and monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will receive the response.
