Plan is different on Public Mobile web account versus phone app

Can anyone explain why I see an old plan on my Public Mobile phone app, but when I log in online it shows the correct newer plan?

I changed my plan online on Dec 21, 2024. It was set to change to the new plan on the next billing cycle starting January 8, 2025. I'm partly comforted by the fact that the new plan is showing correctly online (the new plan added Mexico and 25GB/month). But when checking my plan on my phone app it's the old plan.

Do I have to uninstall and reinstall the app? Do I have to wait and maybe it'll update to the correct plan on my phone app?

Thanks that actually worked. I assumed when I opened the app it would gather the current account data, guess not.

@waterboyPM   You probably just need to refresh the page in the app, pull it down from the top, release and see if that fixes it.
