I've been locked out of account since Black Friday week, where I was trying to change my subscription over. I finally received a response for help restoring my account, how can I get on that plan now?

@carson123123 You need to take it up with customer service. I would reply to their latest message and bring up that you were unable to get the plan you wanted, though the boxing week sales are out and I believe they are pretty much the same as the black Friday ones.
