try to login My Account again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
click the button "Pay and Resume services now" if it is there and pay. If it is not there, try using this link to load funds to resume

But if you still cannot resume your services, ask PM agent to check and help. Submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
