I am unable to access voicemail.

Each time I try to call voicemail the phone indicates a Halifax number and immediately hangs up.  Inhave tried to access the chat function but each time I log into my account I am directed to a blank page.

Cannot update my CANADIAN VISA to pay Public while in USA
