Activation

I can't activate my son phone....After paying for the plan on my credit card, I was told to go back to the app to finish the activation. But every time I tried, we ended up back to square 1...I'm fed up it's been 15 days now

USA service

My wife and I crossed border - her phone connected with AT&T and she got great service. My phone connected with T Mobile and I have little to no service.  I am unable to receive calls as I only have one bar while my wife has 4 bars.
