Did have contact with PM customer sevice agent however because Eversafe issues means I cannot do verification by my telephone number (no option for email), i cannot exchange my eSim for another one.
Esim but tx. Waiting 2plus hours for CS response just today. My wife tried all day yesterday using her account but blocked from access to my account by PM for security issues.
