I lost all phone and texting this week. When I tried to access my account, I couldn’t because my email has changed since I set up my account and I forgot to update it. I put in my old email and password but then it said a verification code was sent to my cell phone numbers WHICH I CANNOT ACCESS!
The email I set up the account with was: hpeholt@shaw.ca
i need to access my account - how can I do it?

Try clicking on Forgot Password. If you're still having issues, contact a CS Agent to help resolve. Before you do, click on the arrow within the box you posted and click on EDIT. Please remove your email address as these are public forums and not private.
