I received a notification in my account with the following promo:

"More data is calling Get 10GB of FREE monthly bonus data for 2 years, when you are on a plan of $24/mo+.ˣ Use Code: PMDATA10. Offer ends, June 26, 2026. Conditions and exclusions apply."

I'm on a plan that is more than $24 per month. I tried entering the code, but it does not apply to my subscription. I can't find any information on conditions and exclusions that may be causing this.

Logging out, then back in, after TRYING to apply the code, worked!  Thanks very much!

Is your base plan over $24/month?  30 day versus 90 day plan?  Not all plans qualify for this promo code. 

Public mobile is self service.  You will need to add the code yourself? 

Some customers need to logout of account.  Then log back in and then will see the extra 10 GB data add on.

I found somewhere to enter the code without having to change from $25/month for 10GB (special/promo from a previous month) and I even have an offer in my account for $25/month for 20GB, it's almost the same price but I would have to worry about if I want to downgrade my subscription in the future?

I clicked the "Redeem Now", and the page looked the same? After thinking about it, I scrolled to near the bottom of the page to find a place to enter the promo code. It took some trying, the first time invalid. And I was able to screencapture most of it the second time trying and it accepted it. There is now a countdown for the 24 months of 10GB "1/24".

I can't tell if I should have waited until June 1st since it says by "month" or if it will still follow the "cycle" of my subscription renewal. My plan renewed about 4-5 days ago. Public Mobile is better mentioning about the "Eastern Time" on their 611 phone call help than on their website for subscription renewal.
