Trying to get my sim card activated but no response.

Did you activate the SIM on the PM app?

If you did, reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

what have you done to change the sim card number?

did you try update the sim card number on your My Account's Profile page?  if you did, please reboot your phone once with your new sim card in the phone

if you cannot login to update the sim card number yourself, or if you have done everything but still does not work,  you can ask PM to help.  Please submit  ticket by direct message:
