Deleted Sim Card recovery

While out of country I downloaded an eSIM card, but was unable to get it to work.  So I deleted it thinking it would go back to my original SIM card, but it has deleted as well.  How do I fix this problem and regain my original SIM card and number?

Credit card update window malfunctioning
